Oregon Cascades

We meandering down the Oregon Cascades. Each night we lucked out founding excellent dispersed campsites. Clifford, our 4runner, adventured through some large puddles and got properly muddy. 

One of our campsites was across the Cougar Reservoir from Terwilliger Hot Springs. Due to a landslide on Forest Service Road 19, HWY 126 is closed. Because of this, we were able to enjoy a private soak at the springs. Terwilliger Hot Springs has 6 cascading pools spaced apart by rock walls. The upper pool seems to be the most hot around 112 degrees. 

Steph toasts the perfect marshmallow and Mike kicks it up a level by adding some chocolate. We ate some delicious food and enjoyed the summer evenings.
